Manager of Support Services - RedPrairie® Applications
This position will manage all support activity for Open Sky’s Support clients. Responsibilities include technical work in resolution of support incidents, coordination of support analyst resources and communication with Open Sky’s support clients. This position will also be responsible for the execution of small technical services projects as assigned by Director(s). The focus for this position will be on providing timely responses to client support inquiries, following and training Open Sky's support methodology and processes and determining when additional resources may be needed to resolve an issue. This position requires minimal travel – up to 10% - as well as experience with RedPrairie software products.

Technical Consultant - RedPrairie® Software
Today, we're looking several Technical Consultants for Supply Chain Software Systems. As technical consultant, you'll work with our client's software systems to create new and useful functionality utilizing ever-changing technologies and methods. Your focus will be on creating quality systems that solve our clients' real world business problems and deliver results. If you have worked with RedPrairie MOCA, RedPrairie Integrator, SQL, PL/SQL, C or Active Reports, you will have a great head start. Our clients use the software we create and configure to run their warehouses or to manage their transportation fleets - having worked in a warehouse or dispatch office will be a plus.
*All applicants should have legal status to work in the United States and have obtained at least a four year degree.
